Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions sorted by topic. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Departure
We kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure and to leave the room key at the reception. If you want to stay in the room a little longer, please ask the day before your departure whether a late check-out is possible. If the rooms are not vacated by 11 a.m., we reserve the right to charge half the room price by 5 p.m. and the full room price after 5 p.m.

Arrival
Check-in is possible around the clock from 3 p.m. (By arrangement also before 3 p.m.)
If the reception is not occupied when you arrive, we will leave your room key on our key board and give you the access code for the key board and your room number by telephone or e-mail shortly before your arrival.
If you have any questions when you arrive, you can reach us around the clock on +49511/423561.

Cot
We are happy to provide you with a baby cot free of charge (depending on availability).

Payment
You can pay us in cash (€), with an EC card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If you send us a written declaration of assumption of costs by your company in advance, we can also bill them for the costs. At certain times (e.g. trade fairs) or at certain rates, we reserve the right to request advance payment or a credit card guarantee. Please note the respective information in your confirmation.

Iron and ironing board
We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board free of charge (subject to availability).

Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is available to you daily in the main building at the following times:

Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Weekends and holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

During trade fairs: daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Luggage storage
Secure luggage storage with us is possible. Talk to us about this simply.

Hygiene items/sewing kit/shoeshine utensils
Sollten Sie etwas einmal nicht dabeihaben, können Sie sich gerne bei uns melden. In der Regel können wir Ihnen mit Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Nähzeug, Schuhputzutensilien und Ähnlichem weiterhelfen.

Internet
WLAN is available free of charge on the entire hotel premises.

Minibar/drinks
Our rooms do not have their own minibars. However, all guests have the option of purchasing a selection of drinks from our drinks fridge. If you have any questions about this, you can simply contact us.

Parking
Parking spaces are available free of charge directly on the hotel premises.

Restaurant
We would be happy to work with you to find a suitable restaurant nearby and reserve a table for you. Just talk to us.

Special wishes
If you have special requests, such as a second pillow, allergy-free bed linen, charging cable or similar, you are welcome to let us know or contact us before your arrival. Usually we can help you here.

Cancellation
Please note the respective provisions of your confirmation or rate booked online. These are binding here.

Taxi
The local taxi number is + 49 511/3811. We can also order a taxi for you. Just talk to us.

Laundry Service
You are welcome to leave your laundry with us and we will have them cleaned for you. If you hand in your laundry to us before 9 a.m., you will usually get it back the same day. (Weekend & Holidays excluded). Laundry bags and order forms are available from us on request.

Wake up service
We would be happy to receive your wake-up call.
